At LOVEIS we have a three day production time. 

Shipping time frames are calculated at checkout.

We will no longer provide refunds or exchanges. Store credit only in the form of a gift card. Within 21 days. Email customer service for further details.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS  as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

Once your package is sent to USPS we have no control over your goodies***
